    Gather all the ingredients needed.

    Put everything in a large bowl.

    Mix it all up nice and good with your hands! Get messy!

    Then roll the mixture out into 1-1/2" - 2" balls and place them on lined baking sheets.

A delicious treat is Chicken Cheese Balls. A favorite snack in my house is these little beauties. We used to carry bags full of frozen Chicken Cheese Balls from the grocery stores a few years ago, and the evening treats used to be a few of them deep-fried to a golden brown. But now, with so much bad reviews coming from a lot of companies that sell ready to eat things, I’m making a deliberate decision to stop buying any packaged food products and attempt to replicate all of our favorites at home. This Chicken Cheese Balls made of freshly ground Chicken mince and some wonderful spices came out and in no time. For later use, you should make these balls and freeze them.

The cheese balls should not be overcooked, or the cheese should burst out of the balls.

You should add seasonings of your choosing and the flavor of the cheese balls should change slightly. Rather than adding flour, you should add a mashed potato as well.


  • 3 CUPS.OF all-purpose bakingmix Bisquick.
  • 1Lb/470g OF ground chicken.
  • 2 TBSP.OF Any hot sauce.
  • 4 C.OF cheddar cheese shredded.
  • 1/2 CUP.OF milk.
  • 1/2 TSP.OF oregano.
  • 1/2 TSP.OF garlic powder.
  • 1/2 TSP.OF onion powder.
  • 1/4 TSP.OF sea salt.
  • 1/4 TSP.OF Black pepper.


Preheat the furnace to 350 degrees. Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl together with a paddle attachment-fitted stand mixer.
When they well incorporated, shape into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
Place on the covered baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes to a half-hour.
When their color changes to a golden brown, remove the baking sheet from the oven and serve them warm.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper.

Melt 3 tablespoons butter in a large oven-proof skillet over medium-high heat. Place chicken skin-side down in the skillet cook until browned, about 3 minutes. Flip and cook until second side is browned, 3 to 4 minutes. Transfer to a plate. Drain excess grease if desired.

Heat remaining 1 tablespoon butter in the skillet. Add onion and garlic cook and stir until fragrant, about 2 minutes. Stir in potatoes and red bell pepper cook until tender, 5 to 10 minutes. Place chicken thighs on top.

Mix sriracha sauce and brown sugar together in a bowl pour evenly over chicken.

Bake in the preheated oven until an instant-read thermometer inserted into the chicken reads 165 degrees F (74 degrees C) and potatoes are browned, about 30 minutes.

Not only is this my first cheese ball recipe, I think it might be my first time eating a cheese ball ever. I remember seeing cheese balls at parties in the 80s when I was a kid and thinking they looked disgusting. I didn’t know what the (usually) brown stuff was on the outside, and I sure as heck wasn’t going to taste one to find out. Clearly I wasn’t the smartest kid because cheese balls are made of CHEESE. I should have liked them just based on that fact.

Now that I’m older and wiser, I am delighted to eat most cheese (except the stinkiest) in any shape I can get it. Of course, now that I want a cheese ball, I never see them at any gatherings I go to. That’s why I took matters into my own hands and made this Sriracha cheese ball. We’re going to enjoy it with champagne to ring in the new year if I don’t eat it all before then. I should have made two!

We aren’t the most social couple, so we usually spend NYE at home with just the two of us. That especially holds true this year since we’re at our house in the middle of nowhere where we know no one. That’s 100% fine with me. I’m happy to just be with my sweet husband, and it means more cheese ball and champagne for me.
