We all know the consistency of a soufflé: light, frothy, soft inside and crispy on the outside, fragrant when made with fruit
This time, I had the courage to put the soufflé in the cake pan, you can't imagine how good it is, but I kept it in the oven on low heat because I was bored waiting

RECIPE PREPARATION Cauliflower Puff:

Peeled zucchini, cut, put it to boil with cauliflower bunches for 20 minutes in salted water, in a bowl make a bechamel sauce from butter, flour, milk, then set aside; after the cauliflower has boiled, strain it, pass it through the blender then mix the puree with the bechamel sauce, add the yolks, cheese, season and at the end add the beaten egg whites, stirring gently with a spoon; in the oven over low heat until it browns and hardens a little when we do a test with the toothpick.
