- 1 kg chestnuts
- 100 gr sugar
- 1 glass of milk
- 1 2 separate glasses
- 1 sachet of vanilla
- whipped cream for decoration

HOW TO PREPARE THE RECIPE Monte Bianco:
Boil the chestnuts in lightly salted water for 20 minutes.
Drain them and peel them.
Boil the peeled chestnuts, milk, sugar, vanilla and half a glass of water again. Let them simmer for 30 minutes.
Using a blender, mix the chestnuts until they become a paste.
Wrap a bowl with plastic wrap and put the chestnut composition. Let it cool.
Place the dessert on a tray and garnish with whipped cream.
