The apricots are washed, cleaned of the skin and the seeds are removed, then they are crushed in a blender together with a spoonful of yogurt. Put the resulting smoothie in two glasses.
Peel the kiwi fruit, rinse with water, cut into pieces and grind in a blender with a tablespoon of yogurt, then add the washed roinita leaves and grind them. Pour the resulting smoothie into the two glasses, over the apricot smoothie.
Peeled banana and peeled melon and seeds are crushed in a blender with a tablespoon of yogurt. The resulting smoothie is poured into the two glasses, over the kiwi smoothie.
The smoothie with yogurt, apricot, kiwi, banana and melon is served immediately, as it is fresh.

Smoothie with yogurt, apricot, kiwi, banana and melon - Recipes
Let's drink something else, healthy and refreshing, I say.
I really liked the Smoothie with strawberries and watermelon that I prepared and drank in Budapest, and I thought I would definitely try it too. There are no more strawberries, but I thought it would go great with cherries.
I participate with this tasty and aromatic drink at the Sweet Romania Challenge, hosted by Ana this month, on the Vegetable Blog.
So, the recipe is simple:
a bowl of pitted cherries,
a bowl of watermelon core - also seedless, if possible-
a bowl of ice cubes,
10 mint leaves,
After passing the cherries through a stream of water, remove the seeds and let them drain.
The watermelon is cut into pieces and the seeds are removed.
Cut the lemon in half, squeeze the juice and cut the skin into strips. Clean the white part.
In the blender we first put the watermelon, then the cherries and the broken mint.
Add ice and lemon juice. The juice is ready!
In two glasses of wine I carefully poured the juice.
I pulled two cherries on the straw and wrapped the lemon peel on it.
I liked it, my husband, no, so I drank both glasses alone: P Lucky me -)

I have 2 options for breakfast with the OMEGA FORTE mixture:

barley pie with cucumbers:
30 gr. soak the barley overnight in 100 ml of water, boil for 1 hour, add 2 tablespoons of oatmeal, 1 egg and spices, make 2 meatballs and fry. Serve with cucumber slices and a yogurt sauce with lemon juice
avocado with yogurt:
Avocado sliced and sprinkled with lemon juice is placed on a plate. Make a sauce of 150 gr. yogurt, 1 teaspoon fresh sour cream, parsley, salt, white pepper pour over avocado, garnish with tomato slices
