Grandma took it before me, so I had to find another recipe for making delicious sea buckthorn jam. I researched and compiled, so I managed to create a jam with unripe copper: - *
- sea buckthorn paste 1000g,
- sugar cough 1000g,
- apa 1 cup,
- lemon 1 piece,
- cinnamon powder 1 tsp

RECIPE PREPARATION Panacris sea buckthorn jam:
The sugar is boiled with water. Meanwhile, wash the lemon well and cut it into cubes. After the sugar has melted, add the lemon cubes, let it boil for approx. 10 minutes, then add the sea buckthorn paste, letting it simmer for approx. 30 minutes. At the end of cooking, add the cinnamon, leaving it to boil for another 1 minute. The jam is put hot in sterilized jars, which are then covered and left to rest until the next day.
