  • 1/2 teaspoon green pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped pistachios
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram
  • Furthermore:
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 onion
  • 4 pcs. carrot

RECIPE PREPARATION Beef roll with pistachio at Crock-Pot Express Multicooker with pressure cooking:


  • We cut the meat in half and in turn each piece, we beat it lightly with the meat hammer, putting food foil over the meat.

  • Finely chop the onion with the tomato paste and the 2 teaspoons of ground hazelnuts.

  • Crush the salt and pepper in a mortar, and finely chop the pistachios.

  • Sprinkle on each piece of meat from the mixture of salt and pepper, grease with donut paste, then sprinkle a little dried marjoram and finally chopped pistachios.

  • Tie the rolls one by one with the kitchen twine and sprinkle a little of the salt and green pepper mixture over them.

  • Connect the Crock-Pot Express Multicooker with pressure cooking to a power source, then press the BROWN / SOTE button, select the 10 minute time and press START / Stop.

  • Add a tablespoon of oil to the bowl, let the appliance heat for 1-2 minutes, then fry the pieces of meat, turning them on all sides.

  • Add the carrots and onions cut in half.

  • Close the lid, press the MEAT / STEW function and select the 45 minute time.

  • Check that the steam valve is closed and press the START / STOP button.

  • At the end of the program, with the help of a spatula we release the steam valve and leave it like this for 10-15 minutes, then with the help of a kitchen glove we open the lid carefully.

  • Remove the meat from the bowl and slice it after it has cooled a bit.

  • From the onion and the boiled carrot we make a puree with the help of a vertical mixer and serve it with the roll.
