Panzanella Ingredients
- gray rustic bread 4 slices (approximately 2 cm thick)
- tomatoes 500g
- red onion 2 pcs.
- fresh cucumbers 2 pcs.
- garlic 1 clove
- olive oil 3 tbsp. l
- red wine vinegar 2 tbsp. l
- basil leaves 1 large bunch
- freshly ground black pepper to taste
- salt to taste

Step 1: Cook the tomatoes.

Step 2: Cook the onion.

Step 3: Cook the garlic.

Step 4: Cook the bread.

Recipe Tips:
