Cooking the perfect brownie:

Step 1: Prepare the dough for brownies.

First you need to grind half the chocolate (100 gr.) This can be done with a kitchen knife or with a grater. Transfer the chocolate to a large bowl. Next we drown in a saucepan 200 grams butter and add it to the chocolate. With a whisk, stir the mass until smooth. Next, add granulated sugar, vanilla sugar, and also the salt on the tip of the knife and again mix the contents of the bowl well. Sift the cocoa powder and add it to our dough. After that one by one we drive in the eggs and after each we thoroughly whisk the mass. Next, add the mascarpone and flour to the bowl and knead the dough to a uniform dense statewhile breaking all the lumps. Do not forget to sift the flour in advance so that it is crumbly and without fine debris.

Step 2: Bake the product.

Lubricate the baking dish with butter. Pour our dough into a mold and distribute it evenly. Preheat the oven to a temperature of 160 degrees and bake the product at that temperature 40 minutes. Then we remove it from the frypot and cool it at room temperature.

Step 3: Cook the chocolate icing.

Pour into the stewpan 110 ml. fat cream (preferably at least 35% fat). Next, add the icing sugar and over low heat, constantly stirring the contents, bring the mass to a boil and immediately remove from heat. Next, grind 100 grams of chocolate with a knife or with a grater and fill it with hot cream. Mix the ingredients thoroughly for several minutes. Next we add 50 grams of butter and stir the mass again. We cover the entire surface of our cake with glaze, evenly distributing it with a spatula or spoon. Next, we remove the finished product in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours or all night.

Step 4: Serve the perfect brownies.

When the brownies are infused in the refrigerator, we divide it into portions using a kitchen knife. Serve on the table with tea or other drinks. You can decorate such a cake with whipped cream from a balloon and some berry or a slice of fruit. Here it all depends on your imagination and individual preferences. The dessert is incredibly delicious! Good appetite!
