Making a salad with seaweed and mushrooms:

Step 1: Soak the seaweed.

To prepare this salad, pickled seaweed is also suitable, which really will need 2 times more than dry cabbage, but today I have it dry. We give excess water to drain, and transfer the ready-made seaweed to a plate and go to the next step.

Step 3: Prepare the ingredients.

Now you can do the rest of the components. Peel the onion and rinse with running water. With a sharp knife on a cutting board, chop the onion as small as possible. The greens also need to be washed, then shaken several times to get rid of excess moisture. We chop the greens on the same board, and a couple of branches can be left whole to decorate the salad. We wash the cucumber with clean running water, and then cut into medium-sized cubes. Cranberries, if you use it for decoration, you need to rinse and sort the berries, removing spoiled.

Step 4: Preparing a salad dressing with seaweed and mushrooms.

Take a deep plate and mix in it all the ingredients necessary for dressing - olive oil, lemon juice, soy sauce and sesame seeds. Mix the sauce with a tablespoon - and it's ready!
