Making bread without kneading:

Step 1: Cook the dough.

Take a saucepan or a deep bowl. Pour warm water into it, pour out salt and yeast, stir. Sift flour into a pan through a sieve. Take a deep cup or pan. We raise yeast and salt in warm water, sift the flour. Stir the dough for about 30 seconds, not achieving a uniform consistency, but only so that the flour is mixed with water. We cover the pan with cling film and put the dough in the heat - on the battery or on the stove with the oven on. Leave the dough to "mature" 2 hours.

Step 2: Form the dough.

In 2 hours the dough should rise strongly, will increase in size in 3-4 times. Now we take a ducklings or a deep pan (preferably with thick walls), grease with butter and sprinkle with flour. Sprinkle the table with flour so that the dough does not stick, put the dough on the table and sprinkle flour on top. Now the dough needs to be formed. To do this, crush it with your hand in a cake and put the dough in an envelope: take it with both hands from the ends, slightly stretch the edges of the dough and fold the ends in the middle, rotate the dough 180 degrees, again take the edges, put in the middle. Put the finished dough in the form with the seam down and cover it with a lid (if you took the pan, pay attention that it is deep and there is a place to raise the dough). The lid can be replaced with a towel sprinkled with flour, and on top of the form can be covered with cling film. We leave the dough for half an hour, during which time it should rise in 2 times. While the dough rises, you can turn on the oven to heat up.

Step 3: Bake the bread.

After half an hour, we put the raised bread in the oven to bake at a temperature 230-250 degrees. It is advisable to create steam in the oven: to do this, put a bowl of boiling water on the bottom of the oven on 5-10 minutes or just spray from the spray gun 50 ml water. If you took a deep frying pan with a lid as a form, then you can bake under the lid without steam. In this case, remove the cover through 20 minutes after the start of baking. Bake bread 40-50 minutes. You can check the readiness of the bread by sticking a toothpick into it - if it remained dry, the dough was baked. We lay the finished dough on a wire rack or towel folded several times. Cover with a towel on top and leave to "rest" and cool on half an hour-an hour.

Step 4: Serve the bread without kneading.

It is advisable to cut the bread already cooled, since in hot form it is too soft. Cut the bread into slices and serve to the main dish. Enjoy your meal!

Recipe Tips:

- - Yeast in the recipe is indicated with a large variation in weight. If you take 5 g of yeast, the dough will take longer, but the taste of the bread will be very soft. From 10 g. Of yeast, the fermentation process will take place much faster, it will affect the taste slightly.

- - Wheat flour can be mixed in half with rye, bread will become even healthier.
