Ingredients for Making Dietary Seaweed Salad

Preparation of Seaweed Diet Salad:

Step 1: Prepare the ingredients.

Step 2: Preparing a salad dressing.

In a deep salad bowl, mix the ingredients for dressing - rice vinegar, soy sauce with low salt, sugar, red pepper, ground ginger and garlic. Beat the dressing with a fork or whisk until sugar completely will not dissolve.

Step 3: Prepare a dietary seaweed salad.

Add the prepared ingredients to the salad bowl with dressing - chopped seaweed, grated cucumber and carrots, finely chopped cilantro and green onions. Mix the salad carefully to evenly distribute the ingredients. Add the fried sesame seeds and gently shake the salad bowl. Try the dish to taste, and if any ingredients are not enough, add them. If you like the taste, it means that the dish is ready!
