If it remains cloudy, filter it again. After the pepper is filtered, the pepper pods that remain on the flannel surface are taken and put again in the jar of pepper. Put a piece of sterile gauze on top of the jar and tightly close the jar with a sterile plastic lid, gauze will help us in this. We put a jar of pepper in a dark place and forget about it for a couple of weeks. And better for 1 month, during this time the pepper will become sharper and tastier, and its color will be darker. Pour the finished pepper into glass bottles and close with lids or corks. Moreover, it is better that the corks are wooden, they will retain the taste of the drink better than plastic ones. Pour the present pepper into prepared sterilized bottles, so that each has a piece of hot pepper, and close the lids.
