While boiling potatoes, prepare the mushrooms. Take 200 grams mushrooms, wash them under running water, lay on a cutting board and cut off a small piece of a leg with a knife in the place where the root processes were. It’s not necessary to cut off the whole leg; it is completely edible. Then we cut the mushrooms with a knife into arbitrary small pieces or small halves. Do not cut mushrooms large, as large pieces will not be well stewed. Put chopped champignons on a plate. Take 1 onion, we clean it from the peel, wash it under running water and on a cutting board with a knife we cut it into a small cube. The approximate diameter of the cube 5 by 5 mm.
