Ingredients for Salad with Crab Sticks

Making a salad with crab sticks:

Step One: Cook the Eggs.

One of the main ingredients in our salad is boiled chicken eggs. They are still raw with us, therefore, they need to be boiled. This is not a problem, we pour water into a saucepan and set it on fire. Salt a little. We are waiting for the water to boil and then carefully, with a tablespoon, lower each egg individually. Let them boil there for about 10 minutes. Then remove from heat.

Step two: prepare crab sticks.

We take out our most important ingredient, namely crab sticks, from the refrigerator and carefully print them. Then we take one of them, with a knife we ​​cut it twice along and then finely cut across. This will allow us to get almost the same cubes. Pour the finished chopped sticks into a clean, deep bowl.

Step Three: cut onions, cucumbers and honey mushrooms.

Gently peel the onion from the husk and chop as finely as possible. My cucumbers under running water and also cut with a knife into small cubes. You can stick to the above slicing method, only this time you have to cut the cucumber along in half. And then each half three to four times along and then across cubes. My honey agaric, and also cut into cubes. Pour all this into a bowl, where crab sticks are already waiting.

Fourth step: prepare the rest of the ingredients.

We clear the eggshells and cut them into small cubes using the method that is already familiar from cucumbers. Add to the rest chopped. Open the jar with peas, a tablespoon gently pick it up and send everything to the same bowl with the ingredients. Enough half a 500 gram can. Salt to taste and mix very carefully. We also cut the ham into cubes and add to the rest. We print out a pack with mayonnaise and fill it all with it. I usually leave almost the entire pack. Mix everything again and voila, our salad is ready.

Step Five: serve to the table.

This is my signature recipe for salads. It is this salad that I love more than anyone else. After our salad stood for half an hour, carefully unload it in a salad bowl and serve it to the table. Enjoy your meal!

Recipe Tips:

- - eggs after cooking can be immediately lowered into cold water and allowed to cool. This will allow you to quickly and easily peel them from the husk.

- - do not save when choosing crab sticks. Soy is not suitable at all.

- - if it is impossible to add ham to the salad - it does not matter. Taste qualities will remain almost the same. Alternatively, you can replace it with chicken breast.
