Ingredients for the preparation of salad "Glutton"

Preparation of salad "Glutton":

Step 1: clean and fry the mushrooms.

Mushrooms thoroughly washed and cleaned. For example, I always peeled off the mushrooms: grabbed it under the hat and pulled it to the middle of the mushroom. After this procedure cut the mushrooms into small squares, literally 1x1. We put the pan on the fire and pour oil. When the pan has warmed up, pour in what is left of the mushrooms, and fry. As you remember from my mother’s school, you can’t salt mushrooms at the beginning of frying, they will give a lot of juice, but we do not need it. At least mine taught that. Fry the mushrooms until cooked, dry them a little in a pan and evenly pour into a salad bowl. Additionally, align, sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste and coat with a thin layer of mayonnaise.

Step 2: turn the chicken fillet.

For this salad is best chicken breast deep smoked. She will have a very rich taste, which in the salad will not be lost. Remove the skin from the fillet, and cut the meat all the same cubes and spread on top of the mushrooms. Top with a thin layer of mayonnaise. The second layer of salad is ready!

Step 3: vegetables and dried fruits or vice versa.

In the original recipe the next layers are cucumbers, carrots and only last prunes. It may be tasty, but I still think that prunes are more suitable for meat. So I would move it to the chicken. Then a peculiar separation will turn out: “heavy” ingredients below, prune adapter and vegetables on top. What you do is up to you! So, peel the cucumbers and cut into cubes, spread and grease with mayonnaise. Repeat the same operation for Korean carrots, but it cannot be cut into cubes. Finely chopped. A thin layer of mayonnaise and the final stage is prunes. He will suffer the same fate: chop finely into cubes and sprinkle salad.

Step 4: serve ready-made salad glutton!

The salad is obtained, not only very tasty, but also very colorful. Therefore, it would be a pity to hide such beauty behind the walls of the salad bowl. For such salads, I highly recommend purchasing a transparent glass salad bowl. It will be very useful in the kitchen and on the festive table. Everyone should admire the beauty of your cooking! Salad, after completing all the manipulations, put in the refrigerator for 15 minutes and can be served! Enjoy your meal!

Recipe Tips:

- - In the presented recipe for each ingredient there is one layer, but it turns out quite thick. You can divide the mass of the ingredient in half and make two, or even three layers. It will turn out even more beautiful and tastier!

- - As an option, the salad can be prepared in portions - in wide glass glasses according to the number of guests. Do not forget to leave the salad in reserve!
