Cooking fish with marinade in tomato sauce:
Step 1: Cook the fish for frying.
Cut the fish into pieces and salt. Roll on all sides in flour and fry in vegetable oil. See that the fish is not burnt. We will fry on 2-3 minutes on each side, then transfer to a pan or stewpan.
Step 2: Cook the marinade.
To prepare a delicious marinade, we need: grate the carrots and chop the onions in half rings. Then fry in vegetable oil until golden brown. You will spend five minutes on this.
Then add pepper, vinegar and tomato paste. And then put a little flour and mix thoroughly. We give stew to our marinade also five minutes.
Step 3: Pour the fish with marinade and serve.
As soon as the marinade is ready, fill them with a fish and let it simmer on the fire until fully cooked 20 minutes.
Before serving the fish to the table, let it cool to a warm state. Then put it on lettuce leaves or just on a plate and try. Enjoy your meal!
