Cooking Sunflower Salad:

Step 1: boil the carrots.

Step 2: fry the fillet.

Cut it into small pieces - and into a skillet with butter. It takes all about ten minutes. Fillet should be salt to taste. Of course, it’s not at all necessary to go shopping in search of fillet. Any chicken, from chicken to breast, will do. It will only be necessary to separate it from the bones. You can use smoked chicken. But the taste in this case will be slightly different.

Step 3: prepare the rest of the ingredients.

Peel the boiled eggs and rub them on a fine grater. Our mushrooms must be finely chopped. There is a special talk about onions. If you use leek - you just need to cut it into half rings. If only onion is available, it is necessary not only to finely chop it, but also to pour boiling water for about ten minutes so that bitterness disappears. Water can simply be drained. Open a jar of olives, drain the liquid and carefully cut each in half. An important point: olives must be seedless.

Step 4: form the salad itself.

We have it puff. At the very bottom, define the chicken fillet and grease it with mayonnaise. You can just apply the mesh, or you can mix it. At your discretion. Following the fillet are a layer of carrots, mushrooms, onions, eggs. We also grease each with mayonnaise. Gently lay the corn on top of the eggs.

Step 5: decorate the salad.

And now - the most interesting thing, because of which this salad got its name. In a circle, we arrange the chips neatly in the form of sunflower petals. And on top of the corn, you need to evenly spread the halves of the olives. That's all. True, it turned out beautifully?

Step 6: serve to the table.

Like any puff salad, ours should stand for some time at room temperature or in the refrigerator so that the layers are saturated with mayonnaise. And from above, as a decoration, you can lay a half of Cherry tomato with tiny pieces of the same olives. What did not ladybug get? Enjoy your meal!
