Buglama


Ingredients for booglama

  1. Lamb 800 grams

Cooking booglama:

Step 1: peel the vegetables.

We take the bulbs, peel them from the husks with a knife. We wash the ingredients under running water. And on a cutting board we cut them into half rings. Remove the peel from the tomatoes and cut into large slices. We clear the bell pepper from the seeds and cut into half rings or thin strips. Cut greens coarsely.

Step 2: prepare the lamb.

My lamb under running water, clear of films. Using a knife, cut the ingredient on a cutting board into medium pieces.

Step 3: pack the ingredients.

We form the layers of the dish. Pieces of lamb are put into the pan. Add salt and spices. Lay out a layer of onions on top, then chopped tomatoes, bell pepper and herbs.

Step 4: extinguish the buglam.

Add 0.5 cups of water to the pan. We put on the stove, at a low temperature. Close the lid and simmer 1.5-2 hours. So that our lamb is well saturated with the juice of vegetables.

Step 5: serve the bugam.

The meat is very tender and just melts in your mouth. Great taste and aroma. Buglama is served hot. The dish can be supplemented with potatoes or other vegetables. Enjoy your meal!
