Cooking Green Pea Soup:

Step 1: prepare the ingredients.

Put all the necessary ingredients on the kitchen table. Drain the yellow soaked yellow peas. Discard green peas in a colander and rinse under running water, let the remaining liquid drain and transfer to a deep bowl. All greens necessary for this dish, rinse under running water, shake off liquid, lay on a cutting board. Separate from the total mass of greens 2 - 3 branches and set them aside, finely chop the rest and transfer to a separate plate. Also put in a separate plate the desired number of spices and seasonings. Peel parsnips, carrots, onions and celery, rinse under running water, dry with paper towels, lay on a cutting board and alternately cut into cubes with an approximate diameter 1 to 1 centimetermay be less. Put the onions on a separate plate, and all the other vegetables in one deep bowl. Peel sausages of the highest grade and cut them into rings of approximately thickness up to 1 centimeter. Washed and dried bacon cut into strips with an approximate diameter up to 7 millimeters and put the meat ingredients in separate plates.

Step 2: fry the bacon and onions.

Turn the stove on to medium temperature and place an aluminum pan with a thick bottom on it. Put in a pan 1 tablespoon butter. When the fat is melted and heated, toss half the sliced bacon into the pan, divide the mass by eye. Sauté the bacon until golden brown for 45 minutes and then add chopped onions to the fried fat. Stew these 2 ingredients together until the onion has a golden beige color and becomes transparent.

Step 3: add peas, spices and herbs.

After the onion has reached the desired consistency, pour the right amount of chicken stock into the pan and 200 milliliters pure distilled water. When the liquid boils, add soaked yellow peas, fresh green peas, a bay leaf, a couple of parsley branches, the right amount of thyme and salt with black pepper to taste to the pan. After the liquid boils, reduce the temperature of the stove to a low level and cook the ingredients for 30 - 40 minutes until ready, periodically stirring the mass with a tablespoon to avoid burning products to the bottom of the pan. During this time, the onion will completely dissolve in the total mass, the fried bacon will become soft, the yellow peas will completely boil, and the green will reach full readiness.

Step 4: preparing a gas station.

While cooking peas, prepare dressing and side dish. Wipe the right amount of fatty, whole curd through a fine sieve into a deep plate. Add to it olive oil, cream, black pepper, salt, shredded marjoram leaves and parsley to taste. Beat the mass with a whisk until smooth.

Step 5: prepare the side dish.

Turn on the stove to medium temperature and place a pan with one tablespoon of butter on it. After the fat is hot, add the remaining amount of bacon to the pan and fry it until transparent for 3 to 4 minutes. Then add the chopped sausages to the bacon and fry these 2 ingredients together 45 minutes. After the sausage is fried, put the chopped vegetables, carrots, celery and parsnip into the pan. Add a little salt to the total mass, not forgetting that you salt the soup and dressing. Add to vegetables 100 milliliters clean distilled water and simmer the ingredients for 15 to 20 minutes under a closed lid, until completely ready and complete evaporation of moisture. Remove the lid periodically and mix the ingredients with a tablespoon to stew evenly and to prevent them from sticking to the bottom of the pan. After the vegetables are soft, turn off the stove and leave them in the pan so that they do not cool.

Step 6: bring the soup to full readiness.

While you were preparing the dressing and side dish, the mass in the pan reached full readiness. Take the right amount of boiled milk, pour it into a small saucepan and place the container on a stove included in medium temperature. Do not bring milk to a boil, just heat it and pour it into a pan with boiled peas. Then remove the pan from the stove and grind the pea mass to a mushy state using a hand blender at high speed. Using a ladle, pour the soup into a deep plate, decorate the dish with a couple of tablespoons of a side dish of wieners, bacon and vegetables, and put a few tablespoons of dressing on top.

Step 7: serve the soup with green peas.

Soup with green peas is served hot laid in a deep plate along with a side dish of vegetables, sausages, bacon and dressing. An indescribable combination of tastes and aromas, so appetizing that you wake up, ready to eat the whole pot of this divine soup. This dish can be served with airy ciabatta, fresh fragrant homemade bread or pita bread. Enjoy it! Enjoy your meal!
