Ingredients for Making Banana Hash Browns

Cooking Banana Hash Browns:

Step 1: prepare the bananas.

To begin, remove the peel from the niche bananas. We take a cutting board and cut bananas into 3-4 parts with a knife. Next, lower the banana slices into a mixer and turn them into pulp.

Step 2: prepare the dough.

Pour the resulting slurry into a deep bowl, where we will prepare the dough. Add eggs to bananas and mix with a whisk or fork. The dough should not be too thick, but also liquid too. Mix everything thoroughly again.

Step 3: fry the pancakes.

We put a frying pan on the stove, make the stove temperature maximum and add sunflower oil for frying. After about a minute, our oil in the pan will heat up and you can start frying the pancakes. To do this, reduce the temperature of the plate, and using a wooden spoon or a small ladle, put small portions of our dough into the pan. Fry on both sides until a beautiful golden crust appears. We put a plate next to the stove and put the ready-made pancakes into it with a wooden spatula. If necessary, add sunflower oil to the pan.

Step 4: serve banana pancakes.

Serve banana pancakes slightly cooled on a beautiful plate or portionwise to everyone. Sour cream or favorite jam can be served with them, but even without the additions, the pancakes are very tasty and sweet. It is pleasant to eat them with hot just brewed tea, coffee or cocoa. Recipe Tips:

- - Sunflower oil can be replaced with butter. To do this, put a small piece of butter on a preheated pan, spread it over all surfaces and start frying fritters.
