Therefore, if necessary (since it all depends on the quality of the flour), add the flour ingredient to the dough, no longer adhering to the amount indicated in the recipe. Although, I always have enough 600 grams of flour, not taking into account the costs on the kitchen table. After - we transfer the test ingredient to the prepared kitchen table, powdered with flour. Important: it’s best to do this one at a time, separating pieces of dough from the main piece in a bowl. In total we will succeed 5-7 layers honey cake. So, each piece is rolled out using a rolling pin into a test formation. Then, using a flat plate suitable for you in diameter, put the dishes on the plate and cut a pancake with a knife, adhering to the sides of the plate. We lay the processed cake aside on a place powdered with flour and go to the next piece of dough. Bake each cake in turn on a baking sheet in the oven at a temperature 180-200 ° C during 5-8 minutes.
