Ingredients for the preparation of salad "Tiger"

Step 3: form a salad.

At the bottom of a shallow dish we spread grated boiled potatoes and give it the shape of the head of a tiger cub. This layer should be slightly salted and pepper added here. Why is potato first? It is easier to mold the shape we need from it. Grease all layers, except green onions, with mayonnaise. Put the sausage on the potatoes, and then fresh cucumbers. They also need to be slightly salted. We put green onions and eggs on the cucumbers. The last layer is carrots. It is not necessary to smear it on top with mayonnaise.
