Chicken Liver Salad Ingredients

  1. chicken liver 400 g
  2. cherry tomatoes 10 pcs.
  3. quail egg 10 pcs.
  4. green salad leaves 150 g
  5. vegetable oil 6 tbsp. l
  6. salt to taste
  7. ground black pepper to taste
  8. sesame oil 2 tsp
  9. soy sauce 2 tsp

Cooking chicken liver salad:

Step 1: preparing a gas station.

Mix in a bowl 4 tbsp. l vegetable oil, 2 tsp. sesame oil and 2 tsp. soy sauce and beat with a whisk until smooth.

Clean the chicken liver from the remnants of the bile ducts and rinse it. Pour boiling water over the liver, dry and cut into small pieces. Add salt and freshly ground pepper to taste. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan, put the liver there. Stir the liver and fry it for 3-4 minutes until it is rosy.

Step 6: season the salad.

Add the finished liver to the salad bowl and season the salad.
