After the allotted time, we take out the dough from the refrigerator and put it on a previously prepared table, powdered with flour. Using a rolling pin, we roll out a round layer with a diameter of about 33 centimeters from the test "kolobok", but this is the case if you have a round baking sheet with an approximate diameter of 28 centimeters. Then we carefully transfer the test circle to the pan with our hands and level the dough with your fingers, not forgetting the sides of the baking dish. Attention: if your baking dish is of a different size, then put the dough in it, and cut the edges with a knife. After that, put the baking sheet with the dough back in the refrigerator to cool for 1 hour.

Step 3: prepare the apples.

While the test cake is cooled in our refrigerator, we wash the apples well under running water. To prepare this dish, you can take any kind of apples to your taste. The main thing is that they are hard, juicy and sweet and sour. So, put the apples on a chopping board and take turns peeling the peel from each ingredient with a knife. Thus, the dish will become much more tender. After that, cut the apples into halves and use the same improvised inventory to remove the core. Cut each half across into thin slices and gently shift the slices into a free plate. Attention: it is very important that the halves of apples maintain their integrity, even sliced ​​into pieces. The main thing is that you and your loved ones like it. So, pour the ingredient into a small saucepan and put on medium heat. With constant stirring with a tablespoon, warm the jam until the pieces of fruit in the jam soften, and the jam itself begins to secrete a rich aroma. After that, turn off the burner and pour the jam into a sieve directly above the medium bowl. And now we filter the liquid component, helping to squeeze it through a thin mesh of inventory with a tablespoon. Put the processed apricot jam to the side until the cake is baked.
