Making a salad for a loved one:

Step 1: prepare the ingredients.

Step 2: cook and chop the chicken.

To get started, take care of the chicken as it takes much longer to cook than all the other ingredients. Take the chicken breast and rinse it under a stream of cold running water from all kinds of contaminants. Place the washed fillet on a cutting board, strip the meat from excess fat and hymen. Then transfer the chicken semi-finished product to a deep pan and pour the meat with clean distilled water so that the liquid is above the fillet level 10 - 13 centimeters. Place the pot on a stove that is on a medium level, add salt to taste and bring the water to a boil. Cook the chicken for 20 - 25 minutes until completely ready, periodically removing the foam that accumulates on the surface of the broth with a slotted spoon. After the desired time has passed, turn off the stove, remove the meat from the pan using the same slotted spoon and transfer to a plate. Allow the chicken to cool completely, then lay it on a clean cutting board and, using a knife, cut into large cubes with an approximate diameter of up to 2 centimeters. Transfer the slices to a deep plate. In the meantime, cook chicken, you can prepare the rest of the ingredients.

Step 3: fry and chop the almonds.

Turn the stove on to the middle level and place the pan on it. Heat it to 100 degrees and put the right amount of almonds on the bottom of the bowl. Sauté the nuts by stirring them intensively with a kitchen spatula for 5 minutes. After, put the almonds on a plate, let cool, grate on a fine grater and pour the fragrant crumbs back into the plate, in which there were previously roasted nuts.

Step 4: chop the cheese.

Remove packaging from any brand of hard cheese. Place the ingredient on a cutting board and cut off the paraffin crust from the cheese, then grate it on a fine grater directly into a deep plate.

Step 5: chop the greens and celery.

Wash parsley, celery stalks and lettuce leaves under running water from sand and other contaminants. Shake the ingredients over the sink to remove excess fluid. Then dry the celery and salad leaves with paper kitchen towels. After alternately lay them on a cutting board and chop. Chop celery with a small cube with an approximate diameter up to 7 millimeters.
