Once the oven has warmed up to the desired temperature, set the form to a medium level and begin to bake for 35 to 40 minutes. During this time, baking is covered with a beautiful golden crust and is completely baked. The readiness of the dish can be determined with a skewer or a toothpick, insert the inventory into the dough so as not to touch the berries. If the skewer remains clean, then the dough is ready, if there are traces on it, then bake another 5 - 7 minutes. We take the ready-made klafuti out of the oven, helping ourselves with kitchen tacks and leave to cool at room temperature for 10 - 15 minutes.
