Ingredients for cooking pork in red wine.

Cooking pork in red wine:

Step 1: prepare the meat.

Add the necessary amount of red wine, tomato sauce or ketchup, Dijon mustard and Worcester sauce to a clean deep plate. And mix the contents with a tablespoon to a homogeneous consistency. The resulting sauce is set aside.

Step 3: fry the pork.

We put the pan on the burner and turn on the temperature of the stove to an average level. Pour in vegetable oil and wait for it to warm up. Then we shift the pieces of prepared pork into the heated fat, at this moment the oil should hiss, and proceed to cooking. Fry meat on one side for 45 minutes, then with the help of a kitchen spatula we turn the pieces on the other side and fry for another 2 - 3 minutes. The duration of the roasting can be adjusted depending on the degree of roasting of the meat you want to get.

Step 4: Cook the pork in red wine.

Next, gradually spread the cooked sauce in a pan, reduce the temperature of the stove and continue to fry the meat. We cook until the liquid thickens slightly. Periodically pour slices of pork sauce so that they are better saturated with taste and aroma.

Step 5: Serve the pork in red wine.
