Cooking Waffle Cakes:

Step 1: prepare the flour.

Step 3: prepare the waffle cakes.

After the allotted time for tincture of the dough expires, once again mix everything well already with the help of a spoon and set our waffle iron to warm up. When the inventory becomes hot, pour evenly the dough on the entire surface of the lower level of the waffle iron with a small scoop. Attention: if you have a large scoop on hand, then fill it halfway so that the wafer cakes are thin and do not burn in the cooking process. After - immediately cover the dough with the upper level of the appliance and cook the dish until it is covered with a golden brown. The approximate time for making waffle cakes will take you 2-3 minutes. When the dish is ready, take it out of the waffle iron and transfer it to a flat dish for serving. After - again, repeat the procedure for making cakes first and so on until we run out of dough.

Step 4: serve the waffle cakes.

Immediately after making the cakes, they can be served with hot tea. We’ll definitely put a bowl next to your favorite jam and condensed milk to choose from. Immediately, the cakes are very soft and airy, and are remarkably soaked with cream or condensed milk. - - Of these wafer cakes, you can cook not only sweet dishes, but also salted meat. To do this, after cooking the cakes, put them aside so that they cool to room temperature, and then cut them into portioned slices.
