Cooking Braised Beef in Tomato Sauce:

Step 1: prepare the beef.

After we pour boiling water, so that the liquid covers the red vegetables, and leave them for 5 minutes. Then we drain the water and wait for the tomatoes to cool slightly. Now you can easily remove the skin and the place to which the fruit was attached to the plant. The processed vegetables are placed in a blender bowl, add tomato paste and grind to a liquid state.

Step 4: fry the beef with onions.

Now turn on the temperature of the stove to an average level, pour a little vegetable oil into the pan and put it on the stove. Put the chopped onion in the heated oil and start frying for 2 to 3 minutes until completely softened and golden brown. Then we put the finished onion in a separate plate. And in the pan add a little more fat and increase the temperature of the stove. We spread the flour slices of beef on hot oil, and fry them until golden crisp for several minutes, periodically turning over with a kitchen spatula.

Step 5: stew the beef in tomato sauce.

As soon as the beef is covered with the crust we need, we reduce the temperature of the plate to a small level, put the fried onions and pour the tomato sauce. Then we add plain pure water, so that the liquid completely covers the surface of the meat pieces, cover the pan with a lid and begin to simmer. Beef will be ready in about 60 - 80 minutes. During this time, it will be soaked in tomato sauce and will become softer and more delicate in taste. Throughout the stewing process, do not forget to mix the meat so that it does not burn. Salt and ground black pepper are added almost at the very end of cooking.

Step 6: Serve the Braised Beef in Tomato Sauce.

Braised beef in tomato sauce is served hot. As decoration, chopped greens of parsley, dill, green onions or spinach are suitable.
