Cooking pork escalope:

Step 1: prepare the pork.

Cheese must be grated, wash the eggs, break into a bowl, add mayonnaise and cheese to them, salt. Beat this mixture with a whisk or with a mixer until smooth. Peel the garlic, wash, crush with a press and add to the batter.

After the meat is marinated, put the pan on the fire, heat it and pour in the fat (in this case, sunflower oil). Dip the raw escalopes in egg-mayonnaise batter and place in a hot oiled pan. Pork escalopes should be fried on both sides until crispy.
