Something fast and delicious, the combination of raspberry (sweet) with walnut seems wow to me .... I don't know how it looks to you, that word "tastes are not discussed" ....: D
- 150 g butter with 80% fat
- 150 g powdered sugar
- 250 g flour
- 2 eggs
- 7 g baking powder
- vinegar to quench baking powder, a few drops
- Raspberry jam - to spread an equal layer over the entire surface of the cake
- 4 eggs
- 200 g powdered sugar
- 300 g ground walnuts
Preparation time: less than 120 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Dessert cake with raspberries and walnuts:
I used a 24/32 cm tray lined with baking paper.
I rubbed the butter well at room temperature with powdered sugar, added eggs and mixed. Add the baking powder and quench it with a few drops of vinegar and finally add the sifted flour. We spread this dough in the tray lined with baking paper, then we add the raspberry jam and level it. Mix the 4 eggs together with the powdered sugar very well then add the ground walnuts and mix well, spread this icing over the raspberry jam.
We set the electric oven to the function for baking cakes at 180 degrees C, then we put the tray in the oven for about 35-40 minutes, until the icing browns nicely. Remove from the oven and allow to cool, then portion.
