Ingredients for the preparation of royal salad

Preparation of Royal Pizza Salad:

Step 1: Prepare the ingredients.

First, boil the water in the kettle, at the same time, peel and rinse the onions. Finely chop it and transfer it to a deep plate, and then scald with boiling water. Pour the water, and scald again. Hold the onion in hot water to rid it of unnecessary bitterness. You can use pickled onions, or you can fry raw chopped onions with a small amount of vegetable oil. Any option is good. Grind walnuts with a blender, but do not get carried away so as not to turn them into flour. Hard-boiled eggs, cool, peel and divide into proteins and yolks. Both that, and another three on a fine grater, but separately. Smoked chicken breast should be cut into cubes or strips. We take on cheese - in the recipe it has a double role. To decorate, cut off 7 (by the number of notes) pieces, and the rest three on a grater. Cut the pineapple into small cubes, and leave the juice for another dish, here we do not need it. Wash and dry the tomatoes and parsley with paper towels. What to do next, you will learn a little later.

Step 2: make a salad.

For the “Royal” we need a flat salad bowl, wide enough. We will lay out the ingredients in layers, greasing each layer with mayonnaise and adding a little salt. You can use imagination and put out a salad in the form of a piano, or you can just make a rectangle. We spread chicken meat with the first layer, then a layer of onions, pineapples, walnuts, chopped egg yolks, grated cheese. The final chord is a layer of grated egg whites, it is not necessary to lubricate and salt it. Squirrels very well depict the white color of our "piano".

Step 3: Decorate the Royal Piano Salad.

So far, our salad does not look like this musical instrument, but we will fix it right now. Divide the rectangle visually into two parts, and lay out the pieces of cheese at the bottom, simulating white keys. We give the role of black keys to strips cut from olives or prunes. We will decorate the upper part of the salad with an edible rose. And we do it like this - take a dried tomato, carefully cut the skin with one continuous tape, which we fold in the form of a flower. And parsley will help us portray green leaves. We send the salad in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours, so that it is properly saturated.

Step 4: Serve the Royal Salad.

Ready salad served on the festive table chilled. Attention to this salad will be riveted, regardless of whether you put it in the center of the table or from the edge. I suggest you cut the salad according to the “notes”, because there are just 7 servings in it. Happy holiday and bon appetit!
