Peel a squash, grate it and slice it. Cut the onion into 4 or 6 cubes, the red pepper into cubes, the chicken breast into cubes and the cabanos into thicker slices.
We put on the skewer alternating, chicken breast, peppers, cabanos, mushrooms, chicken breast, onion and so on. Season the skewers with salt and pepper.
Grease the grill with oil and put the skewers, brown on both sides.
