I bought frozen squid and left it in the water to thaw, then I cleaned it and cut it into suitable pieces;
In a frying pan, cut the onion, pepper and scales and fry them a little in olive oil - so that there is not too much fire to burn.

Pasta with vegetables and squid

What we use for the pasta and squid pasta recipe:
- -500 g paste
- -3 tablespoons olive oil
- -500 g squid
- -1 small eggplant
- -1 small zucchini
- -1 clove of garlic
- -2-3 tomatoes
- -fresh mind
- -2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
- - 1 tablespoon of almonds
- Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Cut the zucchini and eggplant into slices and simmer in 2 tablespoons of oil and a little water for 5 minutes. Add diced or grated tomatoes, add a little more water and simmer for another 10 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and hot pepper, then add the washed and thawed squid and almonds. The squid boils quickly, after 4 minutes it is tried. Do not leave it on the fire for more than 5 minutes, because they harden. Mix the well drained pasta with the sauce, cover and leave for 10 minutes to even out the taste. Separately put in a pan 1 tablespoon of oil, breadcrumbs and crushed garlic and mix for 2-3 minutes on the fire. Place separately and leave to cool, then add finely chopped mint and basil.

Eurotrip - holiday chronicle
Summer vacation is a challenge for both tourists and travel agencies. Because we have thoroughly prepared for this season, Eurotrip travel agencies have been to see various destinations and hotels: exotic vacation in the island of Gran Canaria and Egypt, city break vacation in southern Italy & ndash Puglia region, great stay in Cyprus and the Island Skiathos. The most vibrant impressions remain from the holiday in Puglia. Although an area less promoted in Romania, Eurotrip recommends it with confidence. Here you will find a little of everything: white sand beaches and turquoise beaches in the south to Porto Cesareo, city break in Alberobello and Lecce, mini cruise in Gargano, sailing from Vieste in Baia di Zagare, among caves and absolutely beautiful bays. An 8-9 day stay is perfect for this destination, divided into 3-4 nights in Vieste, 1-2 nights in Alberobello or Lecce (both must be visited anyway) and 3-4 nights on the comfortable beaches of Porto Cesareo or Torre Lapilo .
The northern part of the Puglia region includes the Gargano area, famous for its bright white caves and rocks with impressive shapes along the coast. Although it is a calcareous area, with many rocks, the beaches are sandy and the entrance to the sea water is pleasant, without stones. The 3-hour cruise is even accessible for 20 euros per person, and we recommend it because it is really interesting. The captain of the vessel will show you the sea tomatoes, the face of an old man dug in the rock, faraioghi in the shape of a sea horse, hearts dug in the rocks and you will enter the cave with the vessel, and the last destination is the beach of Baia di Zagare.
Vieste is a quiet town, an old fortress that can be visited on foot. the captain of the ship I went on the cruise with, kept dead to greet half the city using the buzzer whenever he saw someone he knew on a terrace, shop, window or balcony. The beaches look very good & ndash are very quiet perimeters but also places where music resounds - there are minibars where there are snacks and some hotels offer entertainers for children both on the beach and in the pool area.
In Vieste, the city of the peninsula, we recommend the Bella Napoli restaurant, where we, guided by the locals, pampered ourselves with appetizers, seafood, seashells, shrimp salads with celery, black rice risotto and fresh squid. Vieste Square is a real outdoor culinary feast, traders enticing visitors with absolutely delicious products, from olives, spices, sun-dried tomatoes, cheeses, traditional meat products, fruits and vegetables.
After the 4 nights in Vieste & Gargano, we headed to Alberobello, a small town in the heart of Puglia, with the famous trullo & ndash traditional houses. Accommodation is of course in a small house, with living room, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and terrace. At the greenhouse table you can order a tasting of & bdquoprodotti typical & rdquo right in your house. The basket of goodies will be served with Peroni Gran Riserva or a light and absolutely refreshing wine produced in the area. In the morning, after a specific breakfast, you can get lost on the narrow streets, full of flowers, vines, souvenirs & ndash some very similar to what is found in Bran for example, or on the mountain arteries in Romania, but there are also objects of good taste, made by locals with great care & ndash and of course traditional products.
The absolute surprise is that in such a stay even the youngest members of the family will feel pampered. Very close to Alberobello, in Fassano there is a beautiful Safari Zoo Park, which includes an amusement park.
If the two days in the Alberobello area & ndash Fassano are over, let the southern challenge begin with the city of Lecce & ndash full of history and old buildings, narrow streets and the effervescence specific to a university city. The city break in Lecce can be completed in about four hours, if tourists plan in advance what objectives they want to visit.
And how can this stay be completed other than returning to the sea. the last 3 nights of the stay reserved exclusively for relaxation with an accommodation for example in Tore Lapillo. the sea water is very hot regardless of whether you want to swim at 7 in the morning or at 9 in the evening, two sunbeds and an umbrella cost between 10-15 euro / day, if it is not convenient then you can spread the towel absolutely free, beer costs around 2 euro, pizza 10-14 euro. and if we want to talk about very serious things from a gastronomic point of view, Eugenio managed to amaze us at the Solaris restaurant with dried tomatoes & ndash red tomatoes in olive oil with absolutely fabulous spices & ndash, earrings in basil sauce, octopus stew, exceptionally cooked vegetables, cheeses, fresh fish, au gratin shells, shrimp and squid all sprinkled with a light, summer chardonnay.

Corporate Housewife Recipes: Delicious seafood pan
Dear ones, seafood is a delight, without a doubt. We do not eat them daily, they are quite peppery in price, but from time to time, very rarely, we can dare to prepare them, especially if we are lovers of the genre.
They are very simple to make, after all, so I suggest you, with pleasure, in the following formula: buy 300 gr peeled shrimp, fresh (fresh means it must be gray, not orange!), 150 g fresh squid, 150 g little octopuses (baby). Wash them all very well, and cut the squid and octopus into acceptable pieces, so that they can be taken with a fork.
Heat, in a pan, about 5 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, in which to throw about 3 cloves of whole garlic. Add the seafood, salt them, pepper them and let them drop a little, about 3 minutes. Add over them: freshly chopped parsley, lemon juice, about 5 cloves of freshly crushed garlic, a teaspoon of hot pepper paste. Taste the spices, then leave them to harden in the pan for another 3-4 minutes. Seafood should not be cooked too much, because they become rubbery and lose all taste! Lemon juice can also be replaced by a glass of white wine.
