Peel the potatoes, wash and boil with a pinch of salt.

After they have boiled, we take them out of the container in which they boiled and we pass them until we obtain a homogeneous paste. Over this paste we add eggs, spices, dill, after which we start to mix, adding flour in the rain until we get a thick, non-sticky thing.

We heat the oil and start making balls in the shape of a meatball that we will fry over low heat until they turn brown.
