Making pizza dough without yeast:

Step 1: Beat the eggs.

First, break the eggs into a bowl, add a teaspoon (or a little less) of salt to them and carefully beat the mixture. It is more convenient, of course, to do this with a mixer or a blender, but if you do not have such a technique, you can easily perform this process with a whisk or a table fork. But you need to understand that you need to beat with very vigorous movements for at least two minutes, until a light foam forms on the surface of the eggs.

Step 2: Prepare kefir for the dough.

Pour kefir or sour cream into a separate container. If you decide to use sour cream for the preparation of the dough, then it is necessary to choose not greasy, so that it is a little liquid in consistency. Next, in kefir, you need to add soda, previously quenched with vinegar. This is done as follows: in our left hand we hold a spoon with vinegar, and in our right hand we take a teaspoon, at the tip of which is baking soda. With a sharp movement of the hand, add soda to a spoon with vinegar and mix it thoroughly right there. The reaction will begin almost immediately, foam will form from the contents of the spoon, and you will hear a characteristic hiss and crackle. Next, while the reaction is still taking place, dip a tablespoon in kefir and mix well. Now we can notice specific bubbles in kefir itself.

Step 3: Knead the dough.

First, add the whipped eggs with salt to the kefir. Then we begin to slowly pour in uniform doses of flour and carefully mix the ingredients in parallel. If lumps are formed, then intensively knead the dough, breaking them. At the very end, you need to melt the butter in a clean dry frying pan or in the microwave and pour it into our yeast-free dough. Again, all the components are well mixed. Pizza dough is ready!

Step 4: Serve the pizza dough without yeast.

This raw pizza base is rather liquid. By consistency, it resembles a very fat sour cream. But then such a dough is ready-made turns out to be tender and tasty. Due to the fact that its structure is such, it does not need to be rolled out with a rolling pin. It is enough to grease a baking sheet or cover it with parchment for baking, after which we pour our dough on it and evenly distribute it with a spoon. And from above you will lay out any stuffing to your taste. It is worth noting that the cooking time of such a test is 40 minutes at a temperature of 200-220 degrees. After cooking, the dough will rise a little, brown and be saturated with a very appetizing aroma. Good appetite!
