Ingredients for making the Rainbow roll

  7. Bulgarian sweet pepper 1 piece
  8. Cooked sausage 250 grams
  9. Parsley and dill greens 1 bunch

Cooking roll "Rainbow":

Step 1: Prepare the filling.

Rinse well under a stream of cold water carrots, then peel it and grate it on a fine grater. Cheese also grate and add to carrots. Here, pass through the garlic press, peeled garlic. Season with mayonnaise and mix thoroughly. Boil the eggs, cool and peel, then grate on a fine grater. Cut bell peppers into small cubes, mix in a separate bowl with chopped eggs. Grate the sausage on a coarse grater.

Spread a sheet of pita bread on a flat surface, grease with mayonnaise. Place the carrot-cheese mixture on a layer of mayonnaise evenly. Cover with a second sheet of pita bread, which is also greased with mayonnaise, then lay the egg filling and cover with a third pita bread. Lubricate with mayonnaise again and sprinkle evenly with chopped sausage. Sprinkle finely chopped parsley or dill on top.

Recipe Tips:
