Preparation of cranberry cordial:

It takes about one month for the berries to give up their whole taste, but the longer the liquor stays, the tastier it will turn out.

Step 4: serve to the table.

When the filling is infused, it should be filtered through several layers of gauze. Serve the drink should be in the decanter, it is better if its walls will have a faceted pattern. The beautiful color of the tincture and faceted walls will give the effect of a ruby ​​that will decorate any holiday table. Enjoy your meal!

Recipe Tips:

- - pricking cranberry berries is a rather time-consuming process, you can just grind the berries in a blender, but then the tincture will not be as transparent as necessary.
