Rub the cheese well with sour cream, sugar and vanilla sugar.
When the cheese becomes like a paste, add eggs, one by one, and incorporate well.
add lemon peel and a pinch of salt and then mix well.
Grease the tray with butter and line it with breadcrumbs, line the walls of the tray, and then pour the cheese composition.
On top we put the beaten egg yolks with a spoonful of sugar.
Bake on low heat for 40-45 minutes.
When done, remove the cake from the edges of the bowl with a knife.
Pour it from the tray and put chocolate curls on top or grease it with chocolate cream.
It can be enjoyed both hot and cold.
It goes very well with a rosé wine made by my grandfather.
