Steamed Protein Omelet Ingredients

  1. egg whites 2 pcs.
  2. sour cream 10 gr.
  3. milk 60 gr. (you can use already stale milk stored for more than 3 days)
  4. butter -1 tsp taste
  5. salt to taste

Steaming a protein omelet:

Step 1: Beat the whites.

Beat egg whites with milk. You can do this with a whisk or a tablespoon.

Step 2: Steam the omelet.

Grease a small frying pan with butter and pour the egg and milk whipped mixture there. Draw water into a large skillet, place a small skillet on top. Turn on the fire and cook the omelet for 3-5 minutes. Enjoy your meal!
